Here's a few pics of my new Co-Pilot. And here is the medium travel sack with nine pairs of sock stuffed inside.
Thank you. Thanks, feel free to use what ever you'd like on your site. LOL, my wife, son, and mine. If I was 007 it'd be different countries.
My 14" will not fit, the ipad fits with no problems though. I believe that I read that there might be a larger one coming out.
Nicely done B'rer Soulriot! Now you just need to put some words with those pictures. BTW, somebody needs to make me an emoticon with a sign that says "Needs Review".
I'll be doing some writing later on, once I've taken it on my next trip (March) and put it through its paces. But a quick list of what your looking at, the co-pilot with upgraded absolute strap, small organizer pouch attached with 8" key strap, wasabi 3D organizer cube also attached with an 8" key strap, and a passport pouch with 16" key strap stuffed with three passports. Oh, and its not from Tom Bihn, but there's a CountyComm Ti pen with custom anodizing hanging out in one of the pen slots.
Speaking of... here's a still from an an older video about our company. It's from a scene that shows how bags get packaged/shipped out of our factory.
Here's a link to the video. So much has changed since it was made... about two years ago, we moved to a new building that doubled our square footage. (The Materials video shows the building we're in now, as well as our new fabric racking system...)
Great vids! I like seeing stuff like that! Got a suggestion for you guys though, maybe put that Drylex 3D mesh backpanel stuff on the backside of the Western Flyer and such so they're more comfortable in backpack mode. Just a thought.
Thanks! There's more videos in the works... We considered that, but: -- Drylex 3D Mesh doesn't slide as easily as the 1050d ballistic (important for stowing/retrieving the bags from overhead compartments). -- I don't think we've received much feedback that the 1050d ballistic/padded back could be more comfortable. I can't actually think of any feedback in that regard, but I wouldn't say never have because I don't know that for sure. -- Our U.S. 1050d high tenacity ballistic nylon (the fabric that the exterior of the Western Flyer is made out of) is just that much more abrasion resistant than the Drylex 3D Mesh. For a travel bag that's not always in backpack mode and might get checked or who knows what, that extra abrasion-resistance seemed pretty important.
Closes eyes and begins repeating......I don't need another bag, I don't need another bag, I don't need another bag...
